The Leadership Challenge: A personal review

For 33 weeks I systematically did a personal deep dive into the work of Jim Kouzes and Barry Moore, The Leadership Challenge: How to make extraordinary things happen in organizations. This was my interpretation of what I took from this amazing leadership book. As I talk about, this work had a significant impact on my own leadership journey, so much so that I completed the Facilitator training and also became an LPI coach so that I could not only understand the model better but so that I could use the principles in my professional coaching practice.
