Becoming A Great Leader, Let Others Come Up with The Solutions

Having people reporting to me, means having the opportunity to use them as a resource with ideas, and solutions they can bring to the table. I’m not necessarily the one that must have all the ideas and solutions. To do this I need toI give people the freedom and choice in deciding how to do their work.
