Think about a meeting you were recently in. Were you actively listening, or were you doing something else? Distracted by your mobile maybe, or thinking of the next meeting, conversation coming up? Did you seriously ask for input, ideas, or did you just ask because you’re supposed to ask? Were you actively listening to those ideas? What if the ideas where not in line with your thinking?
