Over the past 15 weeks I have been talking about habits that will keep you from the top, this week is number 15 — The inability to take responsibility for actions, admit when we are wrong, or recognize how our actions affect others — What are your experiences with this? Have you seen this in your workplace from a manager you have had, or currently have? What about yourself? In this week’s video I ask you to reflect on the past couple of weeks and to consider your actions. As is my focus in my coaching practice, it’s about self-awareness and the consequences of not being in touch with how your actions or inactions are affecting others.

John K Whitehead & Associates coaches individuals and organizations in becoming more effective by helping them improve their interpersonal communications, emotional intelligence, and resiliency.
